Most agency documents are written to impress. This one is written to be understood.
In the pages that follow, you will find who we are, how we think, and what it is like to build with us. No inflated language. No borrowed philosophy. Just a clear account of the work we do and the standard we hold it to.
If what you read here resonates, the next step is a conversation. We keep those honest too.
I have spent my life in professional cricket. Sport teaches you something most industries never learn: the result on the day is decided long before the day. It is decided in preparation, in the unglamorous hours nobody applauds.
I built Vortex Media on that principle. Creative work is treated as a performance discipline here. We prepare thoroughly, we execute precisely, and we hold ourselves to the outcome, not the effort.
I started this company because I kept seeing the same thing: teams, restaurants, and founders with real substance losing to louder competitors with better presentation. Substance deserves better representation. That is the job.
When you work with Vortex, you get a team that trains like it wants to win. Because it does.
Vortex Media is a creative and digital growth studio based in Bengaluru. We help ambitious brands build influence through strategy, identity, content, and digital experience, all made by one in-house team.
The market is full of people who can make things. Far fewer can tell you why a thing should exist, who it must reach, and what it must change. We do both. Every photograph, film, website, and campaign we produce is an instrument of a strategy, never an isolated deliverable.
We work with a deliberately small number of clients at a time. Depth over volume is not a slogan here; it is a scheduling policy.
Vortex Media began in 2025 with an observation from inside professional sport: the gap between how good something is and how good it looks is where opportunity lives. Franchises with genuine talent were being presented carelessly. Restaurants with real craft were invisible online. Founders with stories worth hearing were saying nothing.
We started with sport, covering teams and athletes whose worlds we understood natively, and grew into restaurants, hospitality, and personal brands. The through-line never changed: understand deeply, plan precisely, craft obsessively.
Today Vortex is an in-house team of strategists, photographers, filmmakers, designers, and engineers working from Bengaluru for clients who take their brand as seriously as we do.
Not the biggest. Not the loudest. The most trusted: the room a serious brand walks into when the work has to be right.
Every day, we close the gap between how good our clients are and how good the world believes they are.
We do this by pairing consultancy-grade strategy with production-grade craft, so that thinking never dies in a slide deck, and execution never wanders without direction. One team, accountable for both.
Nothing ships because it looks good. It ships because it does a job. Every frame, word, and pixel must be able to explain why it exists.
The difference between good and exceptional is invisible to most people, and they feel it anyway. We work at the level people feel.
Deadlines are kept. Details are checked twice. Athletic habits, applied to creative work. Talent is common; consistency is rare.
We tell clients what they need to hear, including when the answer is “don’t spend money on this.” Trust is the only asset that compounds.
We build for the brand you will be in five years, not the feed you post to this week. Trends expire. Positioning shouldn’t.
Somewhere along the way, “marketing” became a volume game: more posts, more reels, more noise. It produced a generation of brands that publish constantly and stand for nothing.
Vortex exists as the correction. We believe attention is not the goal; conviction is. A brand wins when its audience doesn’t just see it, but believes something specific about it: that this team is worth supporting, this restaurant is worth crossing the city for, this founder is worth listening to.
Everything we make is engineered toward that belief. That is the difference between content and influence, and it is the entire reason this company exists.
Great design without strategy is decoration. Great strategy without execution is waste. Our process exists to make sure neither happens.
We begin inside your world: your customers, your competitors, your economics, your ambitions. We ask more questions than you expect. Nothing creative happens until we could argue your case as well as you can.
Immersion becomes direction: who the brand must reach, what it must make them believe, and where it must show up to do so. This document governs everything that follows, and everything that follows is measured against it.
Identity, imagery, film, design, and digital experience, concepted and produced by the same in-house team that wrote the strategy. Nothing is handed over a wall. Nothing gets lost in translation.
Work is launched, observed, and sharpened. We treat every release as evidence: what moved the audience, what didn’t, and what that tells us about the next decision. The process ends only when the result arrives.
Most agencies make you choose: strategists who can’t shoot, or production houses that can’t think. We refuse the choice.
At Vortex, the person who writes your positioning sits beside the person who grades your film. Strategy and craft are not departments here; they are the same conversation. That is rarer than it sounds, and it changes everything: faster decisions, no dilution between idea and output, and one team accountable for the result.
Add to that a founder shaped by professional sport, where preparation, discipline, and performance under pressure are non-negotiable, and an operation modernised with AI-driven systems that remove waste without ever touching craft. The result is a studio that thinks like a consultancy, produces like a production house, and behaves like a team that intends to win.
Strategy, identity, photo, film, web, and automation: one in-house team, one standard, zero translation loss.
Founded and led by a professional cricketer. Preparation, repetition, and accountability are how the studio runs, not values on a wall.
We didn’t study these industries from outside. We come from inside them, and it shows in the work.
AI automation handles the repetitive; humans handle the meaningful. Clients get consultancy thinking at studio speed.
Every service below can stand alone. They are strongest together, because they were built to be.
Positioning, audience definition, messaging architecture, and competitive stance: the written argument for why your brand deserves to win, and the map for how it will. Every other service we offer answers to this one.
Logo systems, typography, colour, and the visual grammar that makes a brand recognisable at a glance and coherent at every touchpoint. Delivered with guidelines rigorous enough that the identity survives growth.
For founders, athletes, and professionals whose name is the business. We define the narrative, design the presence, and produce the content, so that what people find matches who you are, and works in your favour.
Full ownership of your channels: content calendars, publishing, community, and reporting, all governed by strategy, not by whatever is trending. Your feed becomes a body of work, not a scrapbook.
Short-form film, photography, design, and copy produced in continuous rhythm. Built for the platforms where your audience actually lives, held to a standard most feeds have never seen.
Food, product, portrait, architectural, and sport photography with editorial discipline. One image should communicate your level before a single word is read. We make that image.
Brand films, campaign films, and match-day cinema: written, directed, shot, and graded in-house. We don’t point cameras at things; we decide what the audience should feel, then build the film that causes it.
Matches, launches, openings, and private events documented by a crew that knows the decisive moment arrives once. Same-day edits available for when the story needs to break while it is still warm.
Fast, precise, conversion-aware websites designed as brand experiences, not brochures. Built to be found, to load instantly, and to move a visitor from curiosity to action.
Menus, matchday creatives, packaging, decks, signage, campaign assets. The unglamorous surfaces are where most brands leak quality. We seal them.
Launches, seasons, announcements, collaborations, conceived as campaigns with a central idea, not as content batches. One thought, expressed everywhere, impossible to miss.
Custom automation for the work that shouldn’t need humans: enquiry handling, reporting, publishing workflows, CRM flows. We build the systems, you keep the hours, and the craft stays human.
Franchises, leagues, athletes, fitness centres, and sporting companies. Founded by a professional cricketer, Vortex speaks this language natively: the rhythm of a season, the theatre of a matchday, the making of an athlete's public story. We have built a T20 franchise's presence from scratch inside the LLC T20 ecosystem, served as Media Partner to the Namma Bengaluru League, and delivered over 5 million views for sporting brands that expect broadcast standards from social-first budgets.
Restaurants, cafés, and hospitality brands competing in the most visual category on earth. Here, appetite is decided on a screen long before the first visit. We build the identity, imagery, and presence that makes a table worth booking, and a brand worth returning to.
And the wider room we work in:
A professional T20 franchise with no digital presence and one instruction: build it. We designed the content direction and delivered high-frequency, reel-based coverage with fast-paced sport visuals and a consistent brand voice, turning a new name into a recognisable one within a single campaign.
91 Sporting, home to centres including Pendleton (Sahakarnagar) and RT Nagar, had strong recognition in sport but low visibility for its gym vertical and little emotional connection with its audience. Our answer was "91 Stories": a 45-day campaign inspired by the advent calendar format, telling real member journeys through storytelling-driven reels. We also built the 91 Sporting website and a Fantasy Auction Platform for their flagship event.
91 Sporting's flagship event deserved better than spreadsheets. Run manually, a fantasy league means hand-tracked auctions, delayed scores, disputed standings, and an audience whose excitement fades between matchdays. The competition was real; the experience around it was not keeping up.
We designed and built a dedicated platform for the 91Sporting Fantasy League: live squads and swaps, season-long standings, an admin panel with AI-assisted score recovery, and one-click Excel exports. Members join, draft, and follow their teams in one place. The event now has a digital home that matches its ambition.

As official Media Partner to NBL, Vortex carried the league's story to its city: match highlights, storytelling reels, and consistent documentation of the moments that make a community league matter. Coverage built for energy first, polish always.
Building appetite at scale for a biriyani brand: food photography and short-form film crafted to make one dish unforgettable, supported by a social presence that turns craving into footfall.
A logo is the smallest canvas a brand owns, and the one it is judged by most often. A selection of identities designed at Vortex, from luxury groups to fashion houses to sporting crests.

Numbers tell the story better than we can. Three snapshots:
Mumbai Spartans arrived with no digital footprint. One season of disciplined, reel-first storytelling later: 2.2 million views, 1,171 followers built entirely from scratch, and 1.7 million of those views arriving in a single 30-day stretch as momentum compounded.
91 Sporting's gym vertical was invisible inside its own brand. The 45-day "91 Stories" campaign changed that: 540,000+ views and 722 new followers in 90 days, a sharp rise in non-follower reach, and a format the brand still runs today.
As Media Partner to Namma Bengaluru League, our coverage delivered 1.5 million views across the NBL 7's season, lifting visibility and engagement across the league's platforms and proving that community sport can look world-class.
We don’t sell content.
We create influence.
Content is what fills a feed. Influence is what changes a decision. The first is measured in posts; the second in belief. We are only interested in the second.
We don’t produce videos.
We tell stories.
A camera records; a storyteller decides what the audience should feel and why. Every film we make begins with that decision and is judged by whether it landed.
Restraint is a skill.
Anyone can add. Knowing what to remove is where premium lives: the extra word, the third font, the unnecessary post. Our aesthetic is minimal because our thinking is not.
A direct call, no pitch theatre. We learn what you’re trying to achieve and tell you honestly whether we’re the right team for it. If we’re not, we’ll say so and point you somewhere better.
A short discovery sprint, then a written proposal with scope, timeline, and investment stated plainly. No hidden line items. You will know exactly what you are buying and why.
One kickoff, one shared workspace, one point of contact. Access, assets, and approvals mapped on day one so momentum never waits on logistics.
Work moves on a fixed cadence of shoot days, design sprints, and publishing calendars, with structured review points. You see work early and often; surprises are for campaigns, not clients.
A concise report on what ran, what performed, and what we recommend next. Strategy is a living document here; we adjust it with evidence, in front of you.
Strategy and execution live in one team, so there is exactly one place to look when something must be answered for: us.
No layers between you and the person whose name is on the company. Decisions get made in days, not committee cycles.
Clients tell us the difference is visible in the first deliverable. It should be; it’s the entire premise.
Sport and hospitality are not verticals we service; they are worlds we come from. That fluency saves months.
AI-automated operations keep us fast. Human judgment keeps us good. You get both, without trading either.
To work that won’t perform, to trends that won’t last, to spend that won’t return. A partner who only says yes is a vendor.
Both. Brand strategy, identity, and websites typically run as defined projects. Content, social management, and coverage run as monthly partnerships. Most clients begin with a project and stay for the partnership.
It depends on scope, and we won’t pretend otherwise. What we promise: pricing stated in full before work begins, no surprise additions, and a scope built around what will move your brand, not what inflates an invoice.
Strategy and identity: typically four to eight weeks. Websites: four to ten weeks depending on complexity. Content partnerships begin delivering within the first two weeks. We commit to dates in writing and keep them.
No. They are our deepest expertise, not our boundary. We work with luxury, fashion, real estate, startups, and personal brands, applying the same strategy-first process to each.
Yes. We are based in Bengaluru and travel for shoots, matches, and launches across India. Strategy, design, and digital work run seamlessly remote.
Honesty and access. Tell us where the brand truly stands, give us the people and information we ask for, and we will handle the rest. The best work happens when clients treat us as partners, not suppliers.
Every Vortex project is handled by the in-house team below, never outsourced, never handed down.
If your brand deserves better than it currently looks, and you suspect it does, the first conversation costs nothing but an hour.
